It was our pleasure to welcome you to the 57th Annual Meeting of the European Society for Paediatric Endocrinology in Athens, Greece. In keeping with the theme of “Narrative and Precision Medicine in Paediatric Endocrinology” this year’s Meeting featured a comprehensive schedule of plenary sessions, symposia, meet-the-expert sessions, free communications and poster sessions. These sessions provided both clinicians and basic researchers an unparalleled opportunity to keep abreast of the latest developments and future perspectives from within the field.

ESPE would like to thank all of our attendees and contributors for making this the best Meeting yet. We would also like to give a special thank you to our Programme Organising Committee, Local Organising Committee and Corporate supporters. This meeting would not have been possible without their hard work and generous support.

ESPE 2018 saw an incredible number of abstract submissions from 63 countries. All abstracts presented at the Meeting are freely accessible from Hormone Research in Paediatrics. 

ESPE 2019 will be held 19-21 September in Vienna, Austria. The theme of this Meeting is "Variety and Variation in Paediatric Endocrinology".
