Notes

  1. From 2006, members who have not paid their annual membership fee (whether mandatory or not) will not be entitled to vote at Annual Business Meetings.
  2. Corresponding Members are those scientists invited by ESPE and enjoy free membership. No voting rights are associated with this category of membership. Corresponding Members must subscribe to the journal.
  3. The Developing Country Member category has been replaced by two categories: Middle Income Country Members and Low Income Country Members. Middle Income Country Members are from countries classified by the World Bank with a GNI per capita of between US$1,006 and US$12,275. Low Income Country Members are from countries classified by the World Bank with a GNI per capita of US$1,005 and below.
  4. From 2012 onwards, all membership categories will have voting rights.
  5. Subscription to the journal is mandatory for all members (including Corresponding Members) except Basic Scientists and Retired Members.
  6. Any member who is exempt from paying the annual membership fee must email the ESPE Secretariat stating clearly the reason for exemption. If you do not contact the ESPE Secretariat, your membership will not be renewed.
  7. Please note that the membership year runs from January to December each year. If you are a new member, you are required to pay the full rate for the first year regardless of when your application is approved. However, those applying for membership during or after the ESPE annual meeting will be applying for membership for the following year.
