Registration is required for all meeting participants. Early Bird registration fees are offered at a discounted rate and ESPE Members benefit from reduced registration fees + free access to ESPE On-demand (6 months).

To become a European Society for Paediatric Endocrinology member and benefit from reduced registration fees and free access to ESPE on-demand,  please visit the ESPE website.

THE ESPE 2023 MEETING WILL HAVE 3 CATEGORIES OF REGISTRATION;

  1. In-Person: Attend ESPE 2023 In-Person only
  2. In-Person + Access to ESPE 2023 On-demand: Attend ESPE 2023 In-person + access to ESPE On-demand content.
    Please note: ESPE 2023 On-demand access will be available “Free” for ESPE Members who register to attend ESPE 2023 In-Person.
  3. On-demand: Access to ESPE 2023 On-demand platform only

In-person, The Hague, Netherlands - Registration Fees include:

  • Access to all scientific sessions and commercial exhibition
  • Delegate bag including all meeting materials and a name badge
  • Endocrine Abstracts online
  • Entrance to the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception
  • All refreshment breaks during the meeting
  • Registration does not include accommodation or tickets to any social events

ESPE Members benefit from free access to ESPE On-demand. To become a European Society for Paediatric Endocrinology Member, please visit the ESPE website.

**Concession Fee: Participants applying for the Concession Fee for the ESPE 2023 meeting must be ESPE Members who are Nurses, Allied Health Care Professionals, Fellows in Training, Basic Scientists in Training, from middle or low income countries as defined by the World Bank or a Retired ESPE Member.

The Concessionary fee will not apply if the registration fee is being paid by the industry. The Concessionary fee will only apply if the registration fee is being paid by the participant or institution.

Please note: Delegates must be over the age of 16 to enter the exhibition hall

Please note: there is a strict NO PHOTOGRAPHY policy at the ESPE 2023 Meeting. Delegates may be asked to leave if this is not adhered to.

3. ESPE 2023 REGISTRATION FEES: ON-DEMAND ACCESS ONLY

Delegates who are unable to attend the ESPE 2023 Meeting in The Hague, Netherlands will be able to register to view the full meeting programme On-demand following the physical event taking place. You will be sent a link to access the ESPE on-demand platform following the Physical meeting taking place on 21-23 September 2023.

Please note: No cancellation or refund requests will be accepted for ESPE On-demand registrations.
