Group Registration for ESPE2023 is open!
Group registration is available for 1. ESPE 2023 IN-PERSON & 2. ESPE IN-PERSON + ON-DEMAND REGISTRATION CATEGORIES ONLY and for 10 or more participants.
If you have less than 10 participants or are registering a group of any size for ESPE ON-DEMAND ACCESS ONLY, each delegate will need to be registered separately via the Individual Registration booking form.

DUTCH BUSINESSES
Are you a Dutch Business with a valid Dutch VAT number, please use registration Code “ESPE2023NLBUS” on the first page of registration when prompted, you will need your Dutch VAT number and PO as applicable.
Please note sales to Dutch Businesses will be invoiced under the Dutch Reverse Charge mechanism.

Dates and Deadlines
Deadline for Early Bird rate registration: Monday 17 July 2023 (23:59 BST)
Registration applications received after 00:00 on Tuesday 18 July 2023 will be charged at the ‘Standard’ registration rate.
Deadline for Standard registration: Monday 7 August 2023 (23:59 BST)
Registration applications received after 00:00 on Tuesday 8 August 2023 will be charged at the ‘Late and Onsite’ registration rate.
Group Registration will be available online until Monday 14 August 2023 (23:59 BST).
Booking for 10 or more from your Institution?
Did you know you can register your whole department or institution at the same time, with the Group Booking form? If 10 or more of your colleagues want to attend ESPE in The Hague, Netherlands, you can do one Group Booking and one payment for your institution, e.g. University or Hospital department. Please use the Group Booking function and make one payment for the whole Group via Bank Transfer.
It is strongly recommended that you register in advance for the meeting. Payment will be required at the time of registration. Cash and cheque payments CANNOT be accepted onsite. Payment onsite at ESPE 2023 will be accepted by debit / credit card only. We are not able to accept AMEX as a method of payment onsite.
To be eligible at a particular rate, payment must reach our account in time for that deadline. If received after this, the higher fee would apply to the registration.
