In 2025, IFCAH (International Fund raising for Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia), ESPE (European society for pediatric endocrinology) and ESE (The European Society of Endocrionology) launches its call for proposals.

Academic groups working directly or indirectly on CAH are invited to submit a project if the results of their studies could help to increase knowledge on physiopathology of the disease or allow a better therapeutic approach.

Participation is open worldwide and should, if possible, include teams based in Europe.

This restriction does not apply to projects on gene or cellular therapies of the disease.

Selection procedures will include 2 steps:

1. The information given on letter of intent (LOI) will enable the scientific board of IFCAH, ESPE and ESE to access the priority of the projects and to determine whether the proposed research merits a full application. Full applications will be requested from selected LOIs and submitted to peer-review.
2. Final selection will take place after an oral project’s presentation (on site in Paris or through video-conference) to the IFCAH, ESPE and ESE scientific board.

Deadlines
15 of January 2025: Due date for sending the letter of intention (LOI)
February 2025: LOI decision meeting
April 2025: Full application due date (for accepted LOIs)
June 2025: Audition of proposals
July 2025: Award notification
