Then join ESPE Snippets! 

ESPE Snippets is a virtual journal club for ESPE members – each snippet will be delivered as a monthly email bulletin. The snippet will briefly summarise two recently published papers and pose some critical appraisal questions for members to consider individually or take to departmental journal clubs for further discussion. 

We are looking for 6 YES volunteers to join our team! 

What’s the requirement? No prior experience is necessary, except enthusiasm and willingness to fulfil the commitments (see below).  

How does this help my career? This is an exciting professional development opportunity for early career members to work with ESPE committee chairs, demonstrate an interest in research and gain experience in critical appraisal.  

What’s the commitment? Volunteers will be asked to identify and summarise one paper every 3 months over the course of a year. You will also be asked to join a quarterly team meeting.
