Deadline for Early Bird registration: Monday 17 July 2023 (23:59 BST)
Deadline for Standard registration: Monday 07 August 2023 (23:59 BST)
Registration applications received after 00:00 on Monday 07 August 2023 will be charged at the ‘Late & Onsite’ registration rate. Registration will be available online until Saturday 23 September 2023 which is the last day of the meeting.
It is strongly recommended that you register in advance for the meeting. Payment will be required at the time of registration. Cash and cheque payments CANNOT be accepted onsite. Payment onsite at ESPE 2023 will be accepted by debit / credit card only. We are not able to accept AMEX as a method of payment.
To be eligible at a particular rate, payment must reach our account in time for that deadline. If received after this, the higher fee would apply to the registration.
