We invite our members to apply for three positions on the ESPE Clinical Practice Committee (CPC). The three-year appointments will start in March 2023, following the completion of the second terms of office of Erica van den Akker, Aneta Gawlik, and Renuka Dias.

The CPC develops and maintains ESPE’s Clinical Practice Committee Strategy. The mission of CPC is to develop and assess evidence-based clinical standards of care, compile and maintain a list of therapeutic agents relevant to the practice of Pediatric Endocrinology throughout Europe, adhere to the highest ethical standards in the conduct of clinical practice and promote academic excellence. The remit of the Committee includes leading the development and endorsement of guidelines and consensus statements/meetings, as well as leading the development of patient information. The committee also manages and develops strategies for the ESPE Working Groups and is involved in liaising with the Endo-ERN and contributing to ESPE’s Programme Organising Committee for the Annual Meeting.

The CPC meets face to face once a year during the ESPE Annual Meeting and by teleconference 2-3 times during the year, as well as corresponding by email. Committee members will hold office for an initial term of three years.

Applications are welcome from clinical Paediatric Endocrinologists at any stage of their career.
