�The aim of the school is to provide senior trainees with up-to-date teaching in selected areas of paediatric endocrinology; enabling and promoting discussions and interactions between younger and more senior paediatric endocrinologists with the idea to develop future leaders in paediatric endocrinology.
The 34th ESPE Summer School will take place at the Laura Ashley Hotel The Belsfield, Lake Windermere, England from 7th-9th September 2020 immediately before the 59th Annual Meeting of the European Society for Paediatric Endocrinology in Liverpool.

What to expect
The course extends over 3 days and is composed of the following
- Interactive lectures given by the teaching faculty
- Case presentations by each student
- Presentation of student research projects
- Critical evaluation of selected publications
- Small group teaching: Student and teachers clinical case and research project presentations
The Summer School fellows usually consist of physicians still in academic training in paediatric endocrinology, who are selected by the Summer School Steering Committee. Applicants must have had at least one year of clinical training in Paediatric Endocrinology. Applicants should not have previously attended the Summer School.
There is no registration fee for the Summer School and travel between Liverpool/Manchester and the Summer School venue and accommodation on the nights of the 6th, 7th and 8th September and associated meals will be provided.

Participants who apply for membership for the year immediately following their attendance at a school will be entitled to one year's free ESPE membership. Please note that this does not apply to existing ESPE members.
